Shipping & Handling

All pickups are made to order unless stated otherwise. The lead time will vary depending on the season but will generally be 2-4 weeks.

– ORDER MODIFICATIONS: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, any modification requests (including cancellation) made after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This policy ensures efficient fulfillment of all orders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

– LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Genesis Pickups is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier.

 

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. For any potential damages during shipping & handling, as well as extremely rare cases of QC issues, we are happy to arrange for free exchanges. 

Once a pickup has been attempted for installation, or it has hit the 6-week mark after the purchase date – whichever comes first, the pickup is no longer eligible for a free exchange. Repair services may be still available for a fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis (in many cases we extend a good-faith warranty coverage free of charge. We are a small shop and we are not that rigid).
