These bodies are faithful repros of the 2010 official limited edition release of the “BLK-1” guitar.
Every detail is addressed to max accuracy: wood joint, carve, grain pattern, relic pattern, checking, dowel hole details, 3d graining, etc. etc… It’s been a long time coming and we are extremely proud of this offering.
We recommend pairing it with our 1:1 repro pickups to get it right inside out. Order a pairing BLK-1 pickguard and we will age it to match the body, plus a discount (code: BLK1FFLD).
Two options:
- ready to ship: these refer to the bodies that have already been finished, ready to ship. They are priced based on the actual conditions such as weight and grain patterns.
- build to order: these secure you a spot on the build list, you get a discounted flat rate. The trade-off is an estimated 4-month wait (to allow for proper nitro curing).
