These bodies are faithful repros of the 2010 official limited edition release of the “BLK-1” guitar.

Every detail is addressed with faithful accuracy: wood joint, carve, graining, relic pattern, weather checking, dowel hole details, etc.. It’s been a long time coming and we are extremely proud of this offering.

We recommend pairing it with our 1:1 repro pickups to get things right inside out.

Two options:

  • current batch: these refer to the bodies that are being finished in our current batch, close to being shipped. They are priced based on the actual conditions such as weight and grain patterns.
  • build to order: these secure you a spot on the build list, you get a flat rate. The trade-off is an estimated 4-month wait (to allow for proper nitro curing).

Due to the level of quality and details we demand of these bodies, we are only opening up a few limited spots at this time.
